Good cleanliness, Nice hotel staff, check in efficiency, good location to Siam Square, closed to BTS station. Reception Staff Potae and his team are very nice and patient to my inquiry, thumb up! I am sure I will definitely be coming back again

Great stay in BKK center Novotel

Absolutely top location for family visits. Very close to shopping malls, BTS and Seven-eleven. Entrance is nice and cool. Room was not too big but who stays at the room on holiday in Bangkok, Room was clean and had a very good bed and clean shower, so fine for us. Swimming pool is big and has nice winds passing by which is welcome in the heat of Bangkok. Since we had lounge access we spent some time there. Good food and nice drinks. We where served by Mint and Noey in an excellent way, very professional with a personal touch. It is recommended to get lounge access in this nice hotel. We'll definitely return here in the next years.

Convenient location close to shopping malls, massage shops and Siam BTS station. The service was truly fantastic and staffs were very friendly and helpful especially Tent, Noey and Mint. Highly recommended and definitely come back again.

Well placed in the shopping district. Had the executive level rooms, not a bad view, rooms are showing signs of wear. Executive lounge on the ground level was very good. The service from the lady called Mint was great. Very attentive and a credit to the Novotel team.
